Custom Gift Details
Art gifts featuring custom designs are made to order, including their unique artwork. Customized gift items require a longer processing time to ensure quality and attention to detail in the one-of-a-kind artwork. If you order multiple personalized gifts, they will all be processed together.
If you have already purchased the custom artwork you want to feature on your unique Chirstmas ornament, please make sure to select that option, and follow the instructions below!
If you are ordering multiple custom items with the same artwork, you only need to purchase the artwork one time. Simply choose the "Already Purchased" option for the other items.
How to Order Custom Gifts
Want to personalize your gift with a custom art design? Here's what to do:
1. Upload a photo reference of the custom design you want to personalize the gift with. (See "Photo Guidelines" before choosing your photos!)
2. Enter any custom text you want added to your unique design. If no custom text is entered into the field, none will be added to the design.
3. Choose your preferred font style, if adding custom text.
4. You can add any other special requests to the order notes, but it is not guaranteed they will be fulfilled.
If you have already purchased the custom artwork you want to feature on your item:
1. Please select the option "Already Purchased" and note it when you checkout.
2. Upload the unique digital art file you received with your custom purchase that you would like to use for this pet portrait coaster. (If you no longer have the original file, please send an email and we will go from there.)
3. Once the desired artwork is confirmed, your order will be fulfilled.

Photo Guidelines
When uploading a personal photo to order a custom gift, the following guidelines will ensure the best results:
- The desired subject should be facing forward as much as possible, and should be the main focus of the photo.
- It is best to use photos with natural lighting—added filters or overediting can potentially result in inaccurate coloring and/or designs.
- Multiple subjects are allowed! Please be aware that smaller items can be harder to customize with multiple designs, while still being clear and accurate.
- If, for any reason, your photo(s) aren't usable, you will be notified and given the opportunity to submit a new one. Don't worry, you will still get your personalized order ;).
- If your photo is of a pet: try to use photos where accessories (including collars) are removed, if possible.
- Any additional special design requests can be added to the order notes and may fullfilled if possible.
